Tryon Direct - Gladstone EMR

Responsible for carrying a 1.0 software release across the finish line while looking ahead to 2.0 features, my job as lead UX/UI designer included building a design system from scratch, implementing accessibility practices in both design and development, along with providing rapid prototyping in an Agile timeframe. The project was for an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) website platform for the Tryon Medical Group, one of the fast growing medical practices in the southern United States.
