PetDesk

As the senior UX designer, I was responsible for three different platforms (Individual client web portal, corporate web portal, and consumer mobile platforms) for PetDesk's veterinary communication software suite. During my tenure, I helped create solid UX methodologies where none existed. My responsibilities included instituting design standards that adhered to WCAG 2.2 accessibility protocol, creating a design-to-dev handoff procedure, and executing user research into wireframing/prototyping in a rapid-pace agile environment. Such tasks included overhauling the mobile app’s key functionality and flow in order to better meet user’s needs and drive usage. Other tasks involved simplifying user flows for the corporate platform, creating a brand-new consumer web portal, and implementing new features into a legacy platform.
