Hired to work on a 1.0 -> 2.0 conversion of Aflac's key internal sales tool, Everwell, my responsibilities included UX research, UI design, and much more. I was responsible for creating and maintaing the design system used for the new platform, which started in Sketch and eventually transitioned to Figma a couple years later. I also briefly worked on a office resdesign when it came to interior art and signage.
